  I just called to ask a simple question (ask if they write cashier's checks) and the woman I spoke to treated me like a total idiot. She talked down to me, was extremely rude and clearly wasn't interested in being helpful at all. Yes, I didn't know the answer to my question but I didn't appreciate her reaction and I was calling because I needed information on their services. The only reason why I'm giving this place one star is because I have to. Go somewhere else where the people are more professional and helpful!

  I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone and I am a very easy going person. I went to them to get duplicate title for my vehicle the women working there are very rude. I filled out their application and they took a copy of my drivers license to send in for my title. And they sent in the wrong address! So my title got sent back to Harrisburg and no one let me know. After three weeks of waiting for my title to come in I called the notary to be informed (rudely I will add) that I had to call Harrisburg and and handle it myself! Which was a nice half hour of being on hold... So I paid them $20 to get my title a week sooner then I would if I had done it myself just to end up getting my title over a month AFTER I walked into this place and had to fix their mistake. I won't ever be going back here. Learn from me and save yourself the time and go somewhere else.
