- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Unreasonable fees including, interest, fees, service fees, and penalty. When I called, I was told that the fees must be split between the Municipality, Jordan Tax Service, and Alcosan, that is why they need to be so high! Really. I would think Municipalities would look into this and find a more effective way of collecting Sewage and Taxes than this agency which takes advantage of consumersBy Lisa Freeman, July 20, 2017
